04/07/2009 16:10:27MT -- Hi Folks been experiencing some intermittent VoIP issues today - first was approx 1220 MST and another later around 1550 MST. Trouble is currently resolved but we are troubleshooting a core VoIP switch. If anything develops we will post here. -TO
02/23/2009 13:45:42MT -- An update on the DSL problems we were having a little over a week ago. This past Sunday we replaced the network processing engine with the final replacement parts. We will be adding more memory to the router in the next couple of days, so there will be a bit of downtime, but we don’t have a schedule for when it will happen. DSL operations are now back to normal.
02/12/2009 09:37:27MT -- We continue to replace cards and processing engines on one of our DSL routers trying to isolate intermittent rebooting issues. Right now everything is back up and we continue to monitor the router. -Jeff
12/15/2008 09:13:44MT -- Hi folks, some issues with FTP into certain nodes in the network this morning. We are aware of the problem and are working on it. -TO
10/27/2008 23:59:04MT -- Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) upgrades continue on Windows hosting servers - OLD MS FrontPage SharePoint Team Services (1.x) webmasters it is recommended to check sites for proper functionality in newer WSS. (Note that FrontPage and STS are no longer active applications by MS)
09/09/2008 17:30:05MT -- Hello. We had to do some emergency switch maintenance on our network this afternoon. A port on a main switch went bad, causing slowdowns. The issue has been repaired and the network is back to normal operating status. -Jeff
08/16/2008 13:28:21MT -- PLANNED MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION -network upgrades will be taking place including core router upgrades starting 08/31/08 01:00:00 to 04:00:00 MST. This may result in some periods of service disruption during this time.
07/29/2008 13:24:10MT -- Hello Folks, All inbound call processing has been restored. We don't have the exact details of the failure yet, but Level3 seems to be processing inbound calls correctly now. Thanks, -Nick Voth
07/29/2008 12:40:52MT -- Hello Folks, We have a little more info on the VoIP troubles. It looks like it's a very wide spread issue. Level3 is unable to process inbound calls in Colorado, Texas and several other states. Needles to say, this is a very high priority repair and as soon as we have more info, we will let you know. Outbound calls should be working fine. It's just inbound call processing
that's currently effected. -Nick Voth
07/29/2008 12:36:07MT -- NGT Service Impairment: Incoming Call Processing Issues

NGT is having issues with incoming calls to NGT, as well as incoming calls to Customers in CO, TX, and possibly other states. Unfortunately, there is no ETR for this to be resolved; We will provide additional updates as they become available. NGT Master ticket# 16552.
